Theresa Sullivan earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Fordham University and her MSW from Temple University in 2006. Passionate about social justice, she is a proud social worker. Theresa’s career includes over a decade of experience with youth and adults in school, shelter, prison, non-profit, university, and clinic settings.
Theresa works with clients over the age of 17 and is comfortable working with a wide range of behavioral health issues including anxiety/panic disorders, depression, bipolar disorders, and recovery. Theresa utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions including stress reduction/tolerance building, mindfulness, boundary setting, conflict mediation, psycho-education, harm-reduction, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, all grounded in a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based framework.
