Monique Leslie, PhD

Dr. Leslie is a clinical psychologist licensed in Delaware, California and Texas. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Leslie earned a BS in Psychology from Ursinus College. She had an opportunity to study at Howard University during her undergraduate years; an experience that inspired her to pursue a doctorate in psychology. She earned her master’s and doctorate degrees in Clinical-Forensic Psychology at Alliant International University in Fresno, California. Dr. Leslie’s APAAccredited Pre- and Post-Doctorate training included outpatient trauma-informed care, community mental health, juvenile and adult offender treatment, inpatient psychological assessments, suicide risk assessments, and crisis intervention. Dr. Leslie works with adults and adolescents from all walks of life including LGBTQIA+, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color), and individuals seeking culturally inclusive mental health services. She is committed to providing evidenced-based care and providing culturally informed practices to improve access to healthcare for underserved communities. In addition to offering virtual psychotherapy services, Dr. Leslie conducts psychological evaluations, offers psychological consultations, and provides trainings on various mental health issues. She is a part-time professor of psychology and conducts research on diversity and inclusion for students of color in community college.
