Jacklin is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and is Certified in Alcohol and Drug Counseling, as well as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and psycho-dynamic, with an emphasis on the utilization of evidenced-based treatment interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Supportive and Interpersonal Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Jacklin provides individual therapy services to adults and adolescents, with additional experience treating the co-occurrence of mental health and substance use disorders.
Jacklin’s focus is to establish a therapeutic alliance with all clients while creating a safe space to achieve individualized goals and maximize positive treatment outcomes. Combining each client’s personal strengths with the appropriate therapeutic techniques will enable the development of a plan that feels right to both Jacklin and her clients.
