Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s of Art degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) From Immaculata University. Elizabeth is currently completing her postdoctoral fellowship at Lifestance Health before pursuing licensure in 2022. Elizabeth has experience treating children, adolescents, families, and adults with a range of mental health disorders, including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, behavior disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. Elizabeth has received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Elizabeth utilizes an integrative approach specifically designed to meet each individual’s needs, and uses techniques from a variety of methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy.
