Dr. Bolander earned her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University. She also has undergraduate and graduate degrees in education. Traci has had a variety of research, teaching and clinical experiences with both children and adults. Her areas of interest and expertise include psychological testing and treatment related to ADHD, learning disabilities, behavior and personality disorders, developmental disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, forensics, and child welfare.
Dr. Bolander is responsible for establishing MidAtlantic as an undergraduate, master’s level and doctorate training site for behavioral health care. She is currently active at the state and national level for mental health advocacy as a board member of the Delaware Center for Health innovation and has been involved with obtaining numerous significant grants that were awarded to the state in the areas of mental health and health care reform. Traci’s role at MidAtlantic focuses on advocacy, training and supervision of staff and clinicians, administration and overall operations of the practice.
Thus, at this time her clinical practice is very limited and focuses on psychological testing, forensics, consultation, and presenting in her areas of expertise. She is a consultant to numerous psychiatric hospitals, schools, state agencies, and insurance companies.
